Rosemary Hernandez Carroll is a proud daughter of immigrants, a mother of three, a wife, a real estate professional, and a lifelong Bergen County resident committed to building stronger, more affordable communities across District 37.
Rooted in Hackensack, where she has raised her family and built her business, Rosemary understands firsthand the challenges families face in New Jersey. She has spent years advocating for equity in housing, access to education, and inclusive local leadership. Her lived experience as a working mother, Latina, and civic leader informs her commitment to lifting every voice in the district.
Rosemary believes that families deserve a government that works for them—not just in times of crisis, but every day. That’s why she’s fighting to lower the cost of living, expand access to affordable housing, and champion educational and economic opportunities that help working families thrive. Her approach is people-first, rooted in listening, showing up, and building trust through real results.
